The supply half of a ComEd bill is set by two filed numbers, not one. The Purchased Electricity Charge, printed on the bill as the Electricity Supply Charge, and the PJM Services Charge, printed as the Transmission Services Charge, are filed per customer group on ComEd's Informational Sheets No. 1 and No. 2 and re-filed as procurement events settle. This page is the filed record of both, for all six customer groups, for every filed window held on the committed sources, which today means September 2025 through the window ending May 2027. Every number cites its sheet, and the residential rows are checked against the Illinois Commerce Commission's posted Price to Compare to the thousandth of a cent. The whole record is downloadable as CSV.
The Price to Compare most pages quote is the residential row of this record: residential PEC plus residential PSC. What the posted number does not show is the other five customer groups, the summer and nonsummer split, or the fact that a filed window can be restated before it ends. The record below shows all three.
The six customer groups and the two charges
Sheet No. 1 files the Purchased Electricity Charges in cents per kWh for six customer groups: Residential, Watt-hour Non-Electric Space Heating, Demand Non-Electric Space Heating, Nonresidential Electric Space Heating, Dusk to Dawn Lighting, and General Lighting. Each group gets a summer rate, applicable in June through September per the sheet's own note, and a nonsummer rate for October through May. Sheet No. 2 files the PJM Services Charges for the same six groups, without a seasonal split. Both sheets state the bill line mapping in their notes: PECs are designated on retail customer bills as the Electricity Supply Charge, PSCs as the Transmission Services Charge.
These are pass-through rates under Rate BES and Rider PE. ComEd buys the energy through ICC-supervised procurement and files the resulting rates, which is why each window cites the procurement event that produced it.
The window filed for September 2025
From the 81st Revised Informational Sheet No. 1 and the 72nd Revised Informational Sheet No. 2, both effective September 16, 2025. The sheet's note ties these PECs to the Spring 2025 Procurement Event approved April 10, 2025 and the PJM FTR auctions finalized May 6, 2025. All values in cents per kWh.

The restated window for January through May 2026
From the 84th Revised Informational Sheet No. 1 and the 75th Revised Informational Sheet No. 2, both effective May 16, 2026. The window above was filed to extend through May 2026, and it did not: the later sheet prints a fresh window beginning with the January 2026 billing period, and its note states the PECs were developed in compliance with the ICC's final order of December 18, 2025 in Docket No. 25-0383. A filed end date is a plan, not a promise.

The committed record holds the 81st and 84th revisions of Sheet No. 1 and nothing between them, so this page cannot show the exact filing that first carried the restated values; what it can show, two sections down, is that the ICC's posted Price to Compare switched from the old arithmetic to the new one exactly at January 2026.
The window filed for June 2026 through May 2027
From the same 84th and 75th revisions. The note ties these PECs to the Spring 2026 Procurement Event approved April 23, 2026 and the PJM FTR auctions finalized May 8, 2026. This is the window in force as this page is written, and the restatement above is the standing reason not to read its May 2027 end date as a commitment: the October 2026 procurement reset falls inside it.

The record reconciles to the posted Price to Compare
The residential Price to Compare the ICC posts each month is the residential PEC for the applicable season plus the residential PSC. Running that arithmetic on the filed windows above against the ICC's posted history, month by month:

Four windows, four exact matches, to the thousandth of a cent. This also dates the restatement from the outside: the posted number was 9.689 through December 2025 and 9.660 from January 2026, which is the month the Docket 25-0383 window begins. Two committed sources, ComEd's filed sheets and the ICC's posted workbook, agree with each other on every month they both cover.
What rides on top of these rates
The filed PEC and PSC are not the whole supply side of a bill. The Purchased Electricity Adjustment, a monthly credit or charge filed on its own sheet, trues up the difference between these posted rates and what the electricity actually cost; it changes every month and is a credit about as often as a charge. A bill's supply lines are the window rate above plus that month's PEA, which is why a bill from a month this page covers can still print an all-in supply cost slightly off the window rate and be exactly right.
What this record does not hold
Windows before September 2025 are not on the committed sources: each revision of Sheet No. 1 cancels the one before it, and the earliest revision held here is the 81st. The 82nd and 83rd revisions, between the two held books, are not on file, and the page says so above rather than reconstructing them. For the residential group only, the posted Price to Compare history reaches back to January 2017 on the supply rate page; for the other five customer groups, no committed source here covers anything before September 2025. Nothing on this page is estimated or interpolated.

The September 2025 and October 2025 windows are read from a 2025 edition of ComEd's Schedule of Rates for Electric Service, Ill. C.C. No. 10, held on the committed record: the 81st Revised Informational Sheet No. 1 and the 72nd Revised Informational Sheet No. 2, both effective September 16, 2025. The January 2026 and June 2026 windows are read from ComEd's published ratebook as retrieved from ComEd's own download on August 17, 2026 (the full PDF's sha256 is 265c867b535447043bd1069898884288cb86beda446f0a462f7ce91fa4cbee71): the 84th Revised Informational Sheet No. 1 on ratebook page 775 and the 75th Revised Informational Sheet No. 2 on page 776, both effective May 16, 2026.
