Data Authorization
Users may authorize Phantom Grid to access electricity usage data through their utility provider using customer-authorized data access mechanisms such as Green Button Connect.

Data Use
Authorized utility data is used solely to generate electricity demand diagnostics and usage insights.

Revocation of Access
Users may revoke Phantom Grid’s access to their utility data at any time through their utility provider’s authorization management tools.

Disclaimer
Phantom Grid provides analytical insights based on available meter data and does not guarantee billing outcomes or electricity cost savings.

Limitation of Liability
Phantom Grid is not responsible for errors in utility data or billing calculations performed by the utility provider.
